据在天津港码头从事物流业的公司介绍，13日上午联盟国际码头已恢复作业，欧亚国际码头已向港务局提出恢复作业申请，等待港务局恢复作业通知。码头电缆受损，正在抢修。该公司还表示接到港务局电话通知，天津港全港所有进出口危险品停止在天津港作业。
